Returns

Diffuser Functionality: If the diffuser you purchased from us does not function properly, we will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange the product. Simply contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, and we will assist you with the return process.
Refunds for Working Products: If the diffuser you purchased is functioning properly, we do not accept refunds for any reason. However, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can change their mind and return the product for a full refund.
